I found a Military release paper on my husband Great Grandfather from what I can tell his name Edward O. Goodwin was entered into the Navy in 1865 and discharged 1866 he was 20 years old. I believe it said Fort Leon VA. , how could I maybe find out more? Appreciate any one help thanks so much................Cecile cecile/sis
