Hate to tell you Susan... but I do not see Jonathan Dennis Cathell listed as the author of any work on the LoC's online catalog... the only Cathells i see are William T. and Ralph W. as authors... Checked their books and none were the one you are seeking... I can ask my Livingston 5'th cousin Robert Reid 'bob' Shriver of Devon, PA if he knows anything about the book.. he descends from the aforementioned Uriah Fooks causey (grandson of Sarah Cathell)...and bob has done extensive research on many of his ancestral famileis..
