I would like to know who was living at 704 Q Street NW There is an enumeration district index for 1910 DC. You can find this at the NARA regionals (I think), at FHL (Mormons), and probably at other regional and genealogical libraries -- I believe this is yet another WPA product. The index gives ranges of addresses for streets onto ED's; the index is by street. So, if you have a street address, you should be in luck.
