Does anyone know where I could find information on the old Columbia Theater that was located on F Street, NW in Washington? I understand my great-grandfather built new stage sets there each week for traveling vaudeville shows when he was young. When his son, my grandfather, was a boy, he would run out on the stage of the Columbia Theater between acts with a large card to announce who would be on stage next. This would have been in the late 1890's, I guess. Thanks, Carolyn
