    3. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this "trick" isn't going to keep your friends from getting infected if a worm gets into your computer. When a worm gets in an address book, it sends messages out to everyone at the same time. So a message will go out to the "AAAAAAA" address AND to all of the other addresses in your address book at the same time. By the time you are notified that the message to AAAAAAA was undeliverable, the worm has already reached all of your friends.     3. The best protection is anti-virus software and a firewall.
