    3. This is the "mystery man" in my family: CARROLL GRAYSON GALT, b. 1889 in Washington, D.C.; d. 14 Nov 1916 in Washington, D.C. He was a jeweler connected with the Galt Jewelry Store and family business. When he died, his uncle's widow was the First Lady of the land -- Edith B. Galt, the second wife of Woodrow W. Wilson. He married my aunt, Anna "Nan" Russell in Baltimore, MD in 1912. Is there an on-line source for Washington DC newspapers like there is for Fredericksburg, VA newspapers? I'd like to find out if there was a story written about his death, since he was only 27 and from a well-known family. I'm interested in anything about him, personally. I've held this image of a tragic figure, and am hoping to learn he had his moments of joy. Thanks for your help if anyone knows anything about this young man. God Bless You! God Bless America and Israel! America and Israel, Bless God! Praying for the Peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6; Genesis 12:3)! Love in Jesus, Donna Petersen
