The Washington Post May 1, 1902 pg. 7 The marriage of Miss Alice Verna Beamer and Mr. W. Hanson Tams tool place yesterday morning at the home of the bride's mother. Rev. F. J. Prettyman, pastor of Mount Vernon Place Church, officiated. The ceremony was witnessed by only the immediate families. Mr. and Mrs. Tams left on the noon train for a trip South, during which they will visit the Charleston Exposition. They will be at home at 1607 Fifteenth street northwest after May 20.
