Need information about Elijah Kidwell and his wife Caroline Robinson who lived in DC 1830-40. They had a daughter, Mary Jane Kidwell born 1840 but can't find her parents in the 1850 DC census. Mary Jane living with another family in DC. Mary Jane married Josiah Gray in DC and her death certificate says her father was born in MD and her mother born in VA. Any info appreciated. J

In 1840 Census, only five Kidwell families listed in Washington, D.C.: A.C., Allison, James H., John, and Rebecca.
