He was listed as Invalid on 9 APril 1901. Wife Matilda listed as Widow on 24 July 1907. There is a 7 April 1912 article in the Washington Post that mentions a Roberta Sebastian, but having difficulty accessing these records at this time. There are 6 arcticles in the Washington Post that mentions Edward Sebastian, but again, having difficulty accessing these records at this time - 14 May 1907, 17 June 1910, 31 July 1910, 3 August 1910, 24 December 1911, and 26 June 1924.
