Can someone give me information on the "New Colonial" Hotel that was on 14th St. in DC around 1920-30's. J

In the 1920 census, there is a Virgie Nelson age 32, widow, living on Eye Street N.W. as the head of household. Does anyone connect to her or know anything about her? She is listed first, and then her daughter "Helen Reintzel" age 9, then several other families with HOHs (all widows) in the same home. As many of you know I am researching Reintzel, and it blows my mind to find this Helen with a parent by a different name. If anyone can help me find out more about Helen's mother -- and who her father was -- I would really appreciate it! This is a new one on me ;-) Sue Dotson Buzzybee@prodigy.net
