Hello, Lela Hollabaugh referred to receiving a record from DC Archives without charge. Lela, would you please let us know the exact address you used to accomplish this? Several times , in the past I have received death records without charge. Lately I wrote for another one and was sent a form to fill out and told there was a charge which must be prepaid. I'm not sure I used the same address this last time, so would like to know the exact address. Thank you, Carol B.
