new to the list, looking for info on twins, Carlos (Charles) and Larue Collins, born 3 Mar 1899 somewhere in the D.C. or Alex. VA area. They married sisters, Ruth and Bertha Rannings. It is my understanding that they all moved to St. Petersburg, Fl. But I'm not sure when. Thanks for any help. shandi
