Faye, I checked the Washington Post archives and did not find Blanche. Sometimes the cemetery will have an obit in their records. There was an Alice Whiteford who died on August 20, 1950. Harry, I don't have an Alice but she could be related. I have little on the Whiteford's at this point. I will write to the library as was suggested by Emaress.
