Can anyone tell me how to contact the Soldiers and Sailors Historical and Benevolent Society. I have a copy of a certificate from them, dated March 1913, that gives a complete account of my Gr. Gr. Grandfathers role in the Civil War. The address is just shown as Washington, DC. Does anyone know if the society still exists. Thanks in advance for your help, Donna in CA
