I just received a death certificate for my great great grandfather. He died in 1914 in Washington DC and is buried in the Prospect Hill Cemetery. It states that he died in the "Government Hospital for the Insane". Does anyone know the actual name of this hospital or was it actually called the "Government Hospital for the Insane? Constance
