You are correct about the vandalism personnel. They were from Gallaudet, I think. You are correct. People think that DC is the ONLY place that has problems, but in my travels around the country I have found that ALL cities have problems similar to those in DC sometimes even worst. Barbara

The main difference between DC and smaller places that I've lived is that the DC area is the only place where I've been advised to keep ANYTHING that even LOOKS of ANY value out of the interior of my car.
