Does SKS have any information on George W. Wolford who died before 1849. According to DC marriage records he was married to Sarah McDonald Paxton 26 Aug 1840. Wolford b 1847 DC We know quite a bit about some of their descendants including many living ones. But haven't been able to go back any further with either George W. Wolford or his wife, Sarah McDonald Paxton. At the moment it is as if they appear full grown out of thin air.
