I just found a child in the Orphanage Asylum in DC on 4109 Nebraska Av. NW. in the 1930 census. She may be the half sister to my mother. Does anyone know how I would go about getting her record from this orphanage. Her name is Irene E. Seitz and was 6yrs. old at the time of the census. thank you, Lisa
