DC / VA / NY left Mrs. Barnes and five children Patent Office as youth until 1882 went to NY Sprague Electric Co. back to DC in 1895 title "Solver of Problems" was given to him.” D. C. Marriage Licences 1811-1858, James T. Barnes to Harriet King, January 27, 1852. Have found no marriage for Alice E. Barnes. Checked thru Oct 19, 1885. Have a James T. Barnes marr. Harriet E. King abt. 1850's also Alice E. Barnes marr. George E. King(cousin)- lived in D.c. Harriet is buried in Oakton, Fairfax co., VA-This is info was given to me.
