No Jack Condon, but a Marion Louise Condon who died Nov 18, 1925. Any relation? Also, at Congressional Cemetery: CONDON, JOSEPH N., buried Nov 13, 1959, Range 57, Site 353 CONDON, LAURA V., buried May 22, 1916, Range 90, Site 82 I know you asked for Jack Condon, but thought I'd pass these on in case you don't have them.
