I am looking for parents and siblings of Thomas W. Hickey who was born in Washington, D.C. in 1813 or 1814. He married Elizabeth Norman (b GA). One of his children was Charles Thomas Hickey who was born in 1853 in MS. Any information or clues I can persue will be greatly appreciated. Dixie Hickey
