    2. \Hi Harry: Sure it's your wifes family....ha. Anyhow, this is what I came up with. U.S. Supreme Court of the District of Columbia. This court was established in 1863 to REPLACE the circuit, district and criminal courts of the District. In 1936 its name was changed to the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia, Its records consist chiefly of minutes, dockets, and case papers in equity case (including adoption, 1863-1900, law 1863-1934, CRIMINAL - 1863-1934, habeas corpus, 1863-1933, condemnation and admiralty, 1863-1929, bankruptcy, 1867-78, and appellate jurisdiction, 1870-1924, case; and general term minutes 1862-1903. These records are found and the National Archives.
