    3. Just saw an ad from a paid researcher regarding World War I draft registration cards. According to the ad, 24 million men living in the US (regardless of PLACE of birth) who were born between 13 Sep 1872 & 12 Sep 1900 were required to register. The cards are supposed to contain basics such as full name & address, exact date of birth, citizenship status, and some may even contain exact place of birth (including town in foreign country), nearest relative's name/address, and father's exact place of birth (including town in foreign country). I suspect that these are probably on film at the National Archives...does anyone know for sure?? Frank Dunnigan
