FWIW, in Maryland, there is a Glenallan Avenue in an area named Glenallen. Glenallen is near Wheaton, Maryland. Wheaton is about 5-10 miles north of Washington, DC. I know you're looking for a Glenallen in DC, but thought I'd point out the above.
