Hi DC gang, I'm researching Allan B. Magruder with no birth or death date. He came to DC from Charlottesville Va just before the war and started a law firm called Chilton & Magruder in DC. Would love to gather any information on that firm. Wondering what newspapers existed in DC at this time--may be able to find them on film somewhere. Allan B Magruder, son of Thomas Magruder and Elizabeth Bankhead Father of Julia Magruder, author, d. 1907, who also lived in DC probably during this time. Thanks Sue Weber
