I had accessed a database a year and a half ago for WWI Draft list at www.genexchange.org. I just went to the site and it's evidently down temporarily. I found information about my grandfather, Charles Joseph Bailey of DC and his brother. I have another address for a WWI database. It also is two years old and I don't recall if I ever found anything there or not, and I was not successful when I tried to access it a miinute ago.
