    3. FYI: I have been trying to get a Marriage Certificate for over a year in DC and have sent two different money orders because they don't accept checks.They don't seem to care about anything. It took me over a year for a Death Certificate and they sent two of them--the people that work at these places and cemeteries too don't seem to care and even when you sent them money they don't seem too care. I am glad that I did all my research during the early 70's.
