I can't find a Mary Donovan in DC, born 1860-61. Found her in CA 1900 married to Frank Raymond with 2 sons, Joseph and Francis. The 1920 Sausalito, CA census shows her born Aug. 1861 in DC, a widow and son Frank living with her. She says her parents were born in Ireland. In 1900, Frank's father, Joseph Raymond is living next door. Do you have info on him? If you could get Mary's death certificate it should name her parents.
