You might check to determine if they're still in business - I'm pretty sure that Grawles is. In my own quest, it was suggested to try MLK Library (which I haven't yet done). In my case, I'm actually interested in the undertaker vs. a client. If you should run across anything concerning J. E. JOY & SON, James Edward JOY, or John Franklin JOY (the son) I'd be interested. James Edward was my wife's Ggrandfather.
