Ancestry.com has the 1930 census indexed for Washington, DC. For 2620 K Street, NW: try ED 35. That is Downtown, in the Georgetown area. For 904 South Carolina Ave: try ED 128. According to my ADC map that I use, it looks like it should be in there. It is considered Southeast, DC is divided up in sections, that area is the Eastern Market section of town.
