Can't your Family History Center (FHC) get them for you if they don't already have them? I thought that was something the Latter Day Saints (LDS) (Mormon's) had copies of and they will send the micro film to your nearest FHC for under $5. Try looking at FamilySearch.org and see what a voluminous amount of material they have to offer for history and particularly genealogical research. The site also tells you where and how many FHCs are in every state and country. Hope this helps.
