    3. Hello List, I need some advice. I am new to DC research. I have recently discovered a possible ancestor. His name is William BEACH. He was interred in Glenwood Cemetery on 26 July 1857. How should I go about finding out more about this person. Since the cause of death was listed as drowning there may have been a newspaper item on his death. He was 32 years old and his occupation was "tinner." Any advice on how to proceed greatly appreciated. No match turns up for Susan or Frances, but this 30 years later so it's not surprising. hope this helps some. 3. The James Gunnell listed may provide a clue as to Susan Beach's maiden name - James may be her brother. Unfortunately you wouldn't find her listed in any previous federal census as only HOHs were listed. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Margy Bousman" <mbousman7@cox.net> To: <WashingtonDC-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, August 16, 2002 9:47 PM Subject: Re: [WashingtonDC'' ] Advice > 1850 Census.
