Jack's directions are perfect! I just want to add that I walked alone from the Metro stop and never felt afraid or intimidated. At the time, (fall 2000) there was construction of the new convention center going on which I imagine is still in progress. I never felt afraid or intimidated and was treated cordially when I asked someone on the street for directions. Ruth
