I would try contacting your local funeral home for that info. I know that funeral homes are regulated by an independent agency now, but I'm not sure of cemeteries (it's shameful what they can get away with in regards to cemteries). In Maryland, I would suggest Lee's Funeral Home. They are a wonderful group of people, who are extremely helpful in every aspect of the process.
