Drury, of the City of Washington, District of Columbia, being sick and weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, seal, publish and declare this paper writing as and for my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made ----- I direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses be first paid --------- Item: I give and bequeath to my executirs, hereinafter named, all my medical library and instruments to hold the same until my two sons, Franklin Eugene Drury and Albert Drury, shall have arrived at such age as, in the opinion of said executors, they can choose their respective professions of livelihood, and, if they both shall choose the profession of medicine then the said library and instruments are to be equally divided between them; but if only one shall choose said profession then he is to receive all of said library and instruments, and in the event that both of my said sons shall not choose said profession then the said library and instruments are to be sold, and the proceeds equally divided between them. Item: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, as well as that which I now own as that which I may hereafter acquire, and wherever the same may be found or situated (it being my desire and intention to hereby fully dispose of all property I may own at the time of my death) I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife Mary (Mollie) Ann Drury and my brother Samual A. Drury in and upon the following trusts, that is to say, in trust to take, receive and hold the same, with full power and authority to said trustees, from time to time, in their discretion, to invest and reinvest, and to sell, convey, mortgage, assign or hypothecate the same, without any liability on the part of any person or persons purchasing or loaning money, to see to the application of the purchase money or money lent, and the net rents, issues and profits thereof to pay over quarterly unto my said wife for and during her natural life or until she shall again marry; and in the event of her death or marriage, to pay over said net rents, issues and profits unto my said sons, or his or their duly appointed guardian, until the youngest shall attain the age of twenty-one years, and then to pay over the corpus of said estate to my said two sons, share and share alike; the child or children of any deceased child to take its or their parent's share --------- Item: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife Mary (Mollie) Ann Drury and my brother Samuel A. Drury, the Executors of this my last will and testament, and request that they be not required to give bond, or obtain obligation, for the proper performance of their duties as such Executors or as the Trustees under this will ------------- In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second (2) day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ninety nine at the city of Washington, District of Columbia George A.
