I need some help from the list. We just heard a family story of an uncle of my husband who died in 1938 in a motorcycle accident. We didn't even know he existed. The Augustine family was living in Hyattsville, Maryland in 1938. The uncle would have been born after 1921. So he is not listed in the 1920 census. This is the Augustine family he was from: Parents: JOHN AUGUSTINE b. July 26, 1894 and ROSA BARKANDA (owner of the Teacher's Journal) b.September 29, 1915 Children: i. ROSALINE ELIZABETH "LIBBY" AUGUSTINE, b. July 04, 1916; d. July 07, 1997, Maryland. ii. JOHN LEO "BUDDY" AUGUSTINE, b. September 06, 1917. iii. FRANCIS WALES AUGUSTINE, b. December 06, 1919; d. February 2000. iv. THERESA MYRLE AUGUSTINE, b. March 13, 1921, Kenilworth, Prince Georges Co., MD; d. Dec 24, 1988, Nashville, Davidson Co., TN. (this is my mother-in-law) v. Unknown male Augustine born after 1921 died 1938 in motorcycle accident Does anyone have any clues for finding out his name? Is there a death index for that year?
