Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable on this list that I have a question to which I hope someone knows an answer. I joined Ancestry.com early this year and have found some good information. However in order to look at some of their census records that aren't indexed you already need to know the county and district that they lived. If you don't you have to labor through hundreds of pages of copies of the original census records. I don't mind going through all those pages if I already I a good guess as to where they were living. But for some of my family I have looked through the entire county. This has taken hours and hours and I'm usually cross eyed by the time I'm finished. The big question: Is there anywhere, on the internet, where I can find an index for the 1900, 1910 and 1920 US census that will tell me what district or some clue as to where to find them.
