Hi, Florence is no relation of mine; I just wanted to drop a line to say I think it's wonderful you are trying to find the family~ Kathleen Gambrills, Maryland [email protected] or [email protected] FTM pages: http://www.familytreemaker.com/users/b/o/w/Kathleen-E-Bowen Folk Alley.com - All Music. It is a photo postcard mailed from Washington DC on the 23 Jan 1908 to Mrs. David CARHART, Hightstown, NJ. The message is "Grandma this is my picture". Florence appears to be in her teens at the time the photo was taken. Based on limited research I have found Florence CARHART b. 9 Oct 1891, Social Security Card issued in Washington D.C. Florence died in Craven County, North Carolina in February 1970. I also find record of David CARHART b. 6 June 1865 in East Windsor Township, NJ to parents David & Lydia CARHART. I'm hoping to locate someone from Florence's family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of family. If you are a member of this family, or know someone who might be, please contact me. Thanks, Shelley ============================== Find your ancestors in the Birth, Marriage and Death Records.
