Seeking George W. Barkman who was a contractor in Washington, DC during the late 1800's and early 1900's. He was married to Sarah E. Dawson from Blacksburg, VA in 1887. She was born on October 4, 1851, according to the family records. At one time I had in my possession a box full of pictures and post cards, some of which were signed "Sallie" and talking about what she and George were doing. I would like a birth and death date for him and also a place of death. Also a date of death for her and their place of burial. Thank you all for any information you can give me.
