Sue, I have had fairly good luck in the past sending a request by mail to the DC Archives but I don't know whether the people who were working there when I was going and writing are still there and don't recall their names. Perhaps someone who is more current on the DC Archives knows to whom you should address the request. You might also call and ask about sending a mail request and how to address it.
