Wills 1920 to 1950's. Could you help me? I need the numbers to get the wills of Louis Freeman and his wife,Caroline Freeman. They were alive on 1920 census. He was a portrait painter and they never left DC. Both died in DC but when I don't know. Since both were born in the 1870's,so I assume it was before 1950. THey ask $18 per death certficate and don't give rebates if they don't find one. Without a date , it's too costly. Thank you, Joyce Oshrin in New Jersey
