Does anyone know if there is a central archive for Methodist church records, 1865-1900? My ggrandfather and my ggrandfather both lived and received their seminary training in Washington, D.C., and my ggrandfather and his brother were born in D.C. (1869 and 1870). I do have exact birthdates for both. I would also like to find a census record for my gggrandfather and his family, but have no idea where in the District they lived. Barbara Archer
My Fergusons were active in the Methodist Protestant church. I got information on two of them from: They were the one's that had churches.
