Hi, I just found an O. F. Mattingly listed as a printer on personnel records from the NARA. I have found him in the 1870 DC Census listed as O. T. Mattingly age 30, a printer, with an A. B. Mattingly, M, a machinist, and a C. C. Mattingly, F, keeping house. They are all born in Virginia. Does anyone have any idea who they might be? Although my Thomas Joseph Mattingly was about 13 years than this chap, they were in the same profession. Thanks, Elizabeth
