The message I got referenced in the subject line my question about the Martin Luther King Library. I tried the URL and it didn't work with cut and paste, so I gave up temporarily. 3. I'm thinking that requests from the DC Archives page aren't going to the right place. When I submitted my request, I got three error messages when I only submitted it once. I think I'll just send my request by mail as I originally planned.
