Is the Lee Funeral Home or Nalley Funeral Home still active in Washington DC? I noticed a Lee Funeral Home in Clinton MD but don't know if it is the same company that was located in Washington DC. These two firms handled several of the funerals of my husband's family members. Suzanne C. Matson

Suzanne: I know Nalley Funeral Home no longer exists. They were relatives of mine. Two brothers split up the business (family feud) many years ago. They are all dead with few survivors. I was told that the business was bought up by Chambers Funeral Home, but I'm not sure if this is correct. I also do not know anything about the records. I wish I did because my Nalley line is difficult to track down. Lee closed down business in DC and moved to MD. Many of my family members were buried from the DC location on Penn.
