What helped me was to go to yahoo and use their map. Typed in the address I was looking for, zoomed in close and noted the surrounding streets to get a better idea. Not a perfect solution, but it did help. Bonus was that I got a better feel for how the city is laid out. Also when you find them in one year write down the ED description given for help in the next. They don't match exactly from year to year but anything that narrows it down helps.
