Does anyone know if the National Tribune is still around, or if their newspapers have been microfilmed? An obituary I have references John McElroy, as former Editor of the National Tribune, who died about 1927. I would like to find out additional information about him if possible. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. Donna Ohio
Elizabeth, The Catholic Church you are looking for is in Silver Spring, MD, very close to Forest Glen, actually in the White Oak/Springbrook area. It is a very nice wooden church, built I would guess in the 50s or 60s, but in an old colonial style. We used to attend there. There is also a school upto 8th grade. Here is the # and address. Good luck! St John the Baptist School 12319 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20904 (301) 622-3076 Victor Crawford, Jr. 1711 Twenty-First Road North Arlington, VA 22209 vLc@cc-m.com
If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it. Im looking through censuses and getting nowhere. Im looking for the listing of any of the following combinations. VI Chebithes Vasilios Chebithes and where did he live in DC at that time, so I can match the census. Anyhelp is greatly appreciated. JC Phelps Stafford, Virginia
