In the beginning there was only Clark where Ft.Vancouver was and Lewis County. This first WT census is only for Lewis County - I believe Ft. Vancouver was briefly part of Oregon, although all of WA was also OT until can't remember when. Look at http://www.CyndisList.com and scroll down to US, click on WA and look at USGenWeb sites by counties. That should give you all the info.
