    1. Re: [WASHINGTON-L] Boats or ships to Bellingham, WA from California in 1889??
    2. Brenda......I don't know of any lists of Passengers debarking in Bellingham......but if anyone would....it would probably be the Main Library in Seattle. Seattle is just below Bellingham and would definitely have had a newspaper in that time period. Check out Libraries and Historical Societies in the Seattle area and Bellingham too.......most likely in the WA Gen Web. My cousin who I am reseaching my family with gets a lot of information from them.......and lives there. She's on vacation, but I'll ask when she gets back to see if she knows anything about passenger lists. Keep watching this list....I will post if I find out anything. xxxxxo Louise King La Jolla, CA In a message dated 8/16/98 3:14:22 PM, brenhebert@olynet.com wrote: >The sister of my gr-gr-grandmother related in a newspaper article about > >some of the pioneers of Bellingham, WA how her family came to California > >from Iowa, then decided to come to "the Far Northwest, and came by > >boat."
