My ancestry Jacob K. Shaver/Shafer went to CA for the gold rush, lived there for a while and then went to Washington/Idaho territory. He was burried in 1876 in the Masonic Cemetery of Eureka Nevada. He was a delegate to U.S. Congress from the Idaho Territory in 1869. I would love to hear from relatives of Jacob's, he left a large family in VA, and I believe he must have had a family of his own. Any information or ideas would be greatly appreciated, and I would be glad to share the information that I have. Thanks Sue
